A cost-effective color video monitor with a .25mm HR Trinitron CRT for 800 TV lines of resolution, Sony’s BVM-20G1U is designed for broadcast and production applications. Features include SMPTE C Phosphors, a Beam Current Feedback system for stabilized color temperature, separate control unit operation (with optional BKM-10R or BKM-11R) for flexible installation and use, one input slot for BKM input decoder/adapters, one permanent RGB/Component input, data save/exchange through RS-485 or IC Memory card (via BKM-10R or BKM-11R), and a modular chassis construction. In addition, the BVM-20G1U includesAuto-setup (chroma phase), Auto White Balance using industry standard color analyzers and BKM-14L probe, Interactive Status Reporting (ISR), RS-485 control, Parallel remote control, and 16:9/4:3aspect ratios.
